Agent Referrals

Location Rentals values relationships with our fellow agents and will compensate any local MLS agent who procures a new resident for our properties.

MLS agents must schedule a tour through Showingtime with their client. Location Rentals does not allow sight-unseen leasing or virtual showings.

Prospects may then submit their application on our website at www.locationrentals.net.

If the applicant is approved and signs a lease, Location Rentals will pay a commission to the agent’s Broker based on the monthly base rent rate as follows:

  • $50.00 for a monthly rent up to $699 per month
  • $100.00 for a monthly rent of $700-$1199 per month
  • $200.00 for a monthly rent of $1200+ per month

Commissions are paid out once per month and are based on when the resident moves into the property.
